Day 1
That's Jack's huge hand there with Henry.
This is Henry today - 5 days oldHe actually arrived on Friday morning, after a few dramatic moments (which I'll have to tell you about later). I did have a very last minute c-section, so it may be awhile before I get you all the details. Not feeling so hot.
He weighed 6 pounds, 12 ounces - the smallest of all my babies.
He was 18.5 inches long.
He has a tiny bit of blondish fuzz and he is very soft and cuddly.
The boys all love him and so does everyone else!

Congrats!! I was wondering if that little guy had made an apperance, my brothers birthday is Nov 5th too....try and get some rest, good to hear baby and you are ok after what sounds like a bit of a crazy delievery.

Oh Leigh, he is such a little cutie. So sorry about the c-section; last-minute emergency c-sections are the pits. I hope you're getting lots of help & rest; I wish I was there to help you! Call me sometime when you're feeling up to it.

Unsolicited advice, but take the pain killers even if you think you're feeling okay or can tolerate the pain. It has a way of stacking up on itself. Remember, you're healing from the inside out.

Congratulations! What a cutie! I had an emergency c-section with my first (2 vbac's since) so I know how that goes. I hope you have a speedy recovery, but for now take it easy and enjoy your little one!

Congrats, Mama!! He is such a cutie, and I love the name so much. My biggest baby was 6 lb 12 oz. He looks just perfect to me. I've also had 2 c-sections (really not my favorite thing in the world). But, amazingly I have healed both times. Hang in there! Take it easy. Enjoy your new little man.
