Well, I've been gone from the blog for over a month. Things were much busier during the summer than I expected them to be. I thought that once school started, I'd have a good chance to catch up - but then we decided to paint the living room and I've had some really horrible headaches - so here I am finally getting around to something.
Sam's birthday was last week. He requested an ice cream robot cake. I tried to talk him into having a robot dance contest, but he wouldn't even consider it. They did destroy a pinata, eat pizza, and watch Rio. So that was fun.
