Here is a picture of the skirt and blouse I made. (For all my fans). They are both linen and the skirt is a light khaki with a skinny cream stripe every 1/8 inch or so.

the clothes and you look great! Good job on all accounts.
Oooh, I love it. That top is adorable. I want one.
Pretty skirt, pretty top, pretty daffodils. Now where's that pretty face?
I love them both! You're a woman of innumerable talents Leigh! It makes me want a sewing machine...until I think about my pile of knitting ufos...
so dang cute! I want both!!
wow, that outfit looks awesome! I would love to be able to sew my own clothes. Way cute!
weird, my comment didn't go through the first time.
anyway, they both are darling, the fabric, the fit, everything!! you look great!
I love this! How long did it take to make? P.S. You look so good. You definitely don't look like you've had any kids!
Looks fabulous. Glad to see you're still sewing. I was a sewing fiend until a year ago when I made a wedding dress for my SIL, and I haven't sewn a darn thing since. (I've saved hundreds on fabric, though.) This is just the inspiration I need to pull the ol' Bernina back out.
Oh--and next time you're in Cali give me a call and we'll go to the garment district in downtown LA... it's a fabric lover's paradise.
Where is the face behind that fabulous outfit???
way cute leigh!
