reading this

i don't know - not that great so far. i hope it doesn't turn out like Titanic (the movie). I had no interest in seeing it and then everyone loved it, so i gave it a shot. i was sorely disappointed. maybe i shouldn't read it, but i wanted to see what all the hype was about. i'll let you know . . .

hmmm...i think that if you don't like it yet, you probably won't like it at all.

there is A LOT of hype, which is why i didn't want to read it at all. but then after a good friend (who's opinion on books i totally trust) said she DIDN'T like it, i had to read it to find out what the deal was.

unfortunately for me, i loved it, even though i didn't want to. i'll try not to be too sad when you critique it!! ;)

Jan and I love this series, but my mom didn't like it at all. I just read a 500 page book this week, that I though was going to have an awesome ending, and it was horrible. I hate it when that happens! Jodi

I am with you. Why are so many people in love with this vampire boy who has to kill animals before they can touch. Not my type of book but apparantly I am the minority.

I'm with Ang, whoever that is. Just got into them this week. Bought the last two today. Didn't want to like them, but totally did. Such a guilty pleasure, yet can completely understand why people don't like them. Does that make sense? Oh well, happy reading.

Jodi, if you just ruined for me the book that I think you did, you're in trouble!!

By the way, Leigh, if you don't like this book series, you are out of the family.

haha! No, but it is awesome. Elise really loved it, too. The Host by Stephenie Meyers is also very interesting. I have it. You can borrow it after Lee, if you want to. :)

I don't know how far into it you are but took me almost 200 pages and 4 months to get into it but then I couldn't put it down. I ended up reading the next two books in a month. I can't wait to see what you think.
