I hate it when I finish a big project (spending lots of time and money on it) and I don't love it. That's how I feel about this quilt. I don't love the quilting (which I paid someone else to do), I don't love how all the prints together seem pretty crazy. I do love the back, the binding, and several of the fabrics on their own. Oh well. That's how it goes, right? Maybe I'll put it up for sale in my shop. What do you think? Honestly.

I actually love, love, love it!!! But that is totally my taste! You are talented!
I think it's nice. I don't usually like really busy things, but I really like this. I also like the quilting.
I think it's funky! I LOVE the dark blue and light blue fabric you've used!
so so cute. i love the fabrics you have chosen.
I wonder if you would have liked it better if you used some solids instead of all prints. What are you going to use it for though. If its just a blanket for whenever, maybe it doesn't really matter. However, I know how frustrating it is when you work on something and don't like the end result--it seems most of my projects go that way. Maybe it will grow on you.
i already said this, but i love it. if you don't put it up for sale, i'm sure someone else will love it too. (if i don't buy it!) plus it photographed really well.
Well, I would like to see it straight on rather than at an angle because I think the way you are looking at it may be the problem...I really like the colors...I don't know can Leigh really make a quilt that we all don't love?!?
I love it Leigh! I think others are right wait a bit and it may grow on you.
I've always liked all of your creative ideas...you are so so talented...you have an eye for what goes well together. Keep it up!
