the top is finished

Sometimes I'm really motivated to finish something. Other times I get bored and start 10 new projects. Last week I felt like finishing my wonky star quilt top. And I got it done the day I decided to finish it! Most of the fabrics in this quilt are from the swap group I joined a few months ago. I love them. Who knows where this quilt will end up. Maybe Dan will get his girl someday and it can live here.

I love it!

And, cute beach pics too. My kids, too, can spend hours & hours at the beach (and so can I).

So pretty! I have had my own wonky star - pink and orange - going. We have 3 boys, so it will be mine! I love your scrappy edges, I may have to steal that idea!

Hi Leigh - you may want to turn on the thing that allows for replys to your blog comments. That way we can email you back directly! On the swap, my flicker account is banquopack. Fun place! So many of my star pieces came from that great group.

Well, if no itty-bitty girls come your way, YOU should be the girl that gets to snuggle in it!
