Next up

Now that I've finished a quilt, I feel justified in starting another one. Technically, I should probably finish another one (since I've just recently started Luke's dog quilt) but, you know, I'm just not really like that.

These fabrics have been staring at me for the last few days (because I left one of my boxes out and open and these happened to be on top). I am going to make a quilt like this one with them. It's going to be so great! I even got a few squares done today.

I love the fabric! I stumbled on your blog tonight and I think your quilts are so beautiful.

I have three boys myself so I'm somehow drawn to blogs with little boys. Yours are just adorable!

Leigh, how do you do your quilts? Do you get tutorials or patterns of some kind when you see a quilt you like? Or is it just see something you like and figure it out? How do you know how big to make the squares, etc.? I want to make a quilt and have been having Jimmy pick me up cool fabric that people donate to the D.I., lol. It's cheap and it's nice that he does it because I can't really leave the house yet!
